MJCC Board Elections

Welcome to the voting form for the 2025/26 MJCC Board Elections.

Voting opens on Wednesday 11th June, and will close at midnight on Friday 20th June.

The results of the election will be made known at the MJCC Annual General Meeting on July 14th.

The vote will be conducted on an optional preferential basis, ensuring preferences are considered in election results.

Authorised Voting Delegates will have received a Board Election Pack via email with candidate submissions explaining their reasons for nominating for the board as well as how they believe they meet the various elements of the board skills matrix.

Voting delegates are encouraged to share this information with their club committees to include them in decision making, where time permits. Ensuring your vote is reflective of your club’s priorities and interest is important and ensures board members aren’t selected on personal biases.

The order of candidates in the Board Election Pack and on the Voting Form was drawn out of a hat on a random basis to remove any bias in voting. This order does not in any way reflect preferences or capabilities of candidates.
